We had a little holiday break in home sales this year (as per usual) but Team EvoAZ hasn’t slept a wink since 2017 began. Our “spring rush” started really early this year. Maybe it’s because the buyers know that they’ll be paying more for less house if they continue to wait. Prices are increasing and interest rates are said to climb this year too.
