2020 Home Inventory Levels in the Greater Phoenix Area

The amount of listings taken in January is up compared to December 2019.  The interest rates are still extremely low but, at this time of year, inventory levels aren’t usually quite this low overall.  January home sales are at about 1300 or so less than December 2019 but we are still deep in a sellers market as we move into February.

What will the New Year bring?

Inventory is still low and so are interest rates as we plunge into 2020.  We are certainly not feeling much more than a slight holiday slow down and the guru’s are saying the future is bright for AZ this year.

The Weather may be Frightful but the Market is not!

Happy Holidays! Inventory is up about .5 months. It’s not quite where it was last year at this time but has ticked up a bit since last month for sure. It’s the holiday season so it’s typical.
