2018 was a great year for Arizona on almost all economic fronts. Real estate felt growth on all sides with some resistance from competitive low inventories, fluctuating mortgage rates and markets.  Appreciation was felt across the entire valley.

In 2018, we sold 77 homes at a total volume of $23.5 Million. We are very excited about this year’s evolution in this ever-changing industry and market.
