Rates vs Rent

Inventory levels remain low in the Valley of the Sun not only for homes for sale but for homes for rent too.  The lack of homes available for rent is causing rental rates to soar, surpassing what mortgage payments would be for the purchase of a comparable home.  The small increase in mortgage interest rates that we have experienced so far this year isn’t having a huge impact on consumption at the moment.  The market is HOT!

SECRET Historic Homes for sale in the Mesa Historic District

YES, that’s right!  We’ve been at this awhile, Alex and I at Team Evolution Real Estate.  We are passionate about the historic districts and the surrounding areas of Downtown Mesa.  We’ve been diligently working on our goal to increase the values in the area for our neighbors not only because it’s what we do but because it’s in our best interest as a historic property owner.  It’s our neighborhood too!
