It’s that time of year again! As I prepare to miss my family for the next three months (because I’ll be out straight selling houses for you fine folks), I’m reflecting on 2017 thus far. Man, talk about starting off with a bang! We felt the selling season start a little early this year and, right now, it’s still gaining momentum but will be at top speed before we know it…especially with the threat of interest rates and prices on the rise.

We had a little holiday break in home sales this year (as per usual) but Team EvoAZ hasn’t slept a wink since 2017 began. Our “spring rush” started really early this year. Maybe it’s because the buyers know that they’ll be paying more for less house if they continue to wait. Prices are increasing and interest rates are said to climb this year too.
