The amount of listings taken in January is up compared to December 2019. The interest rates are still extremely low but, at this time of year, inventory levels aren’t usually quite this low overall. January home sales are at about 1300 or so less than December 2019 but we are still deep in a sellers market as we move into February.
Here’s our team production through the end of 2019. At 865 transactions and counting, it’s obvious we’ve been through enough to confidently and appropriately guide our clients through the real estate jungle.
Inventory is still low and so are interest rates as we plunge into 2020. We are certainly not feeling much more than a slight holiday slow down and the guru’s are saying the future is bright for AZ this year.
