Give Thanks For Low Rates!

Saving money is a great reason to be grateful, especially in real estate here in AZ.  Our inventory levels are up and our rates are down which basically equals extra savings for buyers!

The Calm Before The September Storm

Inventory numbers trickled up ever so slightly in August but we don’t see that lasting long.  With rates this low, inventory levels this low, and lots of buyers in the marketplace, we should experience a healthy selling season this fall.  Sellers, you should list before October to hit the best selling season!  Call 480.250.0023 for a price quote.
